Description
This controller kit replaces 1264-5407 73098-G04 615551 and others. The kit includes a 1268 Curtis controller with an adapter harness and installation instructions. Commonly used on EZGO 2002 & newer MPT 1000 Shuttle 2 ST400 and Cushman vehicles.
